If for some reason you are not happy with the item you have purchased from us, please send us an email by clicking on the "return Notification" option on the navigation bar below notifying us of the return 10 days within receiving the item.
After the notification email we must receive the item 40 days from shipping date for a refund on the purchase of the item, provided that the item returned is in the same condition as when you received it.
When returning the product, please include the receipt issued by us in the package.
Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded on your return.
International customers please note that any taxes paid are not included in our invoice and hence are not refunded.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours via email so that we can file a damage claim report with the post office, and either replace, or give you a full refund on your purchase including the shipping.
Failure to contact us within the stated time period, will forfeit your right to file a damged claims report.
